PRICE & DISCOUNTS

The full price of the course is $3,100 minus applicable discounts. Discounts offered are $50 discount for early-bird registration at least 60 days prior to the start date.  $100 discount for payment in full prior to the start date. Discounts will be subtracted from the final payment.

Payment plans are available. Once you have paid the $300 registration down payment, we will work together to determine an appropriate plan toward payment in full. The instructor will send a Pay Link via email or text for both registration and final payments. Payment methods include credit cards, PayPal and Apple Pay.

Refund Policy/Cancellation 

​

Student cancellations received by the instructor in writing will result in a refund per the following specifications. For notification of cancelation received at least 30 days before the event start date, a full refund will be issued minus a $50 processing fee. If received between 15 and 30 days before the event start date, a full refund will be issued minus a $150 processing fee. If received less than 15 days before the event start date, a full refund will be issued, minus a $300 fee. No cash refund will be issued once the event has started. Instead, a nonrefundable, non-transferable, pro-rated refund credit will be awarded toward a future OLHT Basic Training Course, minus a $300 processing fee. The refund credit can only be applied to OLHT Basic Training Courses taught by instructor SheaLyn McGuffey, within two years of the refund credit issue date. Missed Days: Students are asked to give a 10-day notice if they will miss a day of training. If a student has to miss a day of training, they can schedule a 2-hour tutoring session with their instructor to learn the missed skills and concepts, at a $150 fee. Also, fully paid students can attend a maximum of three missed training days per course for free, during future OLHT Basic Training Courses taught by instructor SheaLyn McGuffey, within two years of their missed days. Students are fully responsible for their expenses to attend their make-up class days or future OLHT Basic Training Courses for which they use their refund credit. The courses are taught in varying locations and with varying schedules. Certificates will be mailed after all payments are complete and missed training days are made up. COURSE CANCELLATION We reserve the right to cancel all or any part of the course with no notice. If the course has to be canceled by the delivering parties, a refund will be issued for the part of the course that was canceled.
